How to add product category in OpenCart admin?

How to add product category in OpenCart admin?

To add product category in OpenCart admin,

1. Login to your OpenCart admin.
2. Go to Catalog in the toolbar towards the left and select Categories from the drop-down.
3. A new page will appear. Click on the Add New icon '+' located on the top-right-corner.
4. On General tab, fill in the fields for new category. The only field that is required is the 'Category name' 
        

5. To display this category on top menu go to Data tab and select Top checkbox.


6. Click on the save icon located at the top right.

Your product category has been created.
