How to set price for size variants?

This price is useful if you want to charge your customers for any additional printing cost for specific size or variants. If enabled the price will be added to the printing cost. When your customer selects that specific size variant of that product and customize it, the percentage will be calculated on the total printing cost. You can also set percentage according to different size and print type and then save it.

INFO: The cost of printing designs on a bigger size product (XXL, XXXL, 4XL, 5XL) will be certainly higher as compared to printing on a smaller sizes (S, M, L). However, seldom do you consider this and, therefore, keep the product price same for all sizes, which might incur losses. This feature allows you to compensate for that loss.

To set price for size variants of a product.

1. Open inkXE Admin.
2. Go to Products in the toolbar towards the left and select Product List from the drop down.
3. The product list will appear towards the right. Select your product.
4. In the product page, select Settings and click Price for Size Variants.

5. A pop-up will appear where you can set price for different size variants.

6. Set price and click Save.

Your price for size variant has been saved.

Example :
In inkXE Admin the size variant price for size XL is 2%, then in the designer tool when your customer customize the product using DTG print method then 2% will be calculated over customization price. Let’s say price for XL size variant is 2% and customization price is $50 then 2% will be calculated over $50 and the Size Variant price will be calculated.
So the prize will be added as :

Product Price + Customization Price + Size Variant price = Total Price ($40.00 + $50.00 + $ 1.00 = $91.00)
