To enable mail designs to customers,
1. Open inkXE Admin.2. Go to Settings in toolbar towards the left.3. Move right to locate and tap Mail Designs To Customers.4. Click Enable and enter your (admin's) email address.5. Click Save.
You have enabled mail designs to customers.
